Overview
FormBridge is a headless form backend that receives submissions from any framework — plain HTML, React, Vue, Astro, or otherwise — and handles everything downstream: email notifications, storage, spam filtering, routing, and webhook integration. Point your form's action attribute at a FormBridge endpoint and submissions flow straight into a unified inbox, with no server code to write or maintain.
